This table top vice is economical, but functional. With 3" jaws lined with tough rubber, it will not scratch precious metal. The clamp has a wide enough opening to fit any bench or table. The ball and socket configuration allows the jaws to be tilted and rotate 360degrees, but holds jaws in place at any angle. Fits any bench up to 2 1/8" thick.
